  (Payment Policies and Terms)

  Policies are determined according to customer requirements, whether through the use of electronic methods of payment or through cash payment inside sales fairs.

  • 90% of the value of the product to be contracted is paid if it is available in one of the sales fairs, and the rest of the amount is paid before receipt, with a maximum of 24 hours from the date of receipt.
  • In the case of manufacturing a product that is not displayed in one of the sales fairs, 50% of the value is paid upon contracting, and 25% is paid at the end of the semi-finished production stage (carpentry) and the rest of the amount is paid upon inspection of the product before receiving.
  • Direct installment policies are determined according to the mode of payment
  • Installment over 12 months
  • In the case of paying 15% of the amount and installments over 12 months, the rate of 1.98% is calculated
  • In the case of paying 30% of the amount and installments over 12 months, the rate of 1.75% is calculated
  • In the case of paying 50% of the amount and installments over 12 months, the rate of 1.50% is calculated
  • Installment over 24 months
  • In the case of paying 15% of the amount and installments over 24 months, the rate of 1.90% is calculated.
  • In the case of paying 30% of the amount and installments over 24 months, a rate of 1.68% is calculated.
  • In the case of paying 50% of the amount and installments over 24 months, 1.45% is calculated.
  • The company has the right to request all the papers necessary for direct installment operations.
  • In the case of payment by one of the installment methods (Value - Aman), the supply and payment shall be made according to the requirements of each system.
  • Payment is made for transportation and cargo fee before delivery.

  In the event that the customer refuses or delays receipt on the date agreed upon in the contract, the customer bears storage expenses according to the area of ​​the product used in the warehouse and according to the period.  

  (Warranty Policy)

  • All home furniture products manufactured by the company are subject to a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Warranty does not apply to misuse of fabrics and sponges
  • In the event that the company is late for the delivery date for more than a week from the date of delivery agreed upon in the invoice, a 5% discount is made from the total invoice.

   

  (Return and Exchange Policy)

  • Return: The product may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, provided that it has not been used at all and is in its original condition in terms of packaging, components or attachments, with the customer bearing the costs of packaging and shipping.
  • Products may be returned if they do not meet the specifications mentioned in the contract or if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
  • The product is not entitled to return in case of defects resulting from misuse.
  • Replacement: bedrooms, dining rooms, and all products whose components are installed or specially manufactured products at the request of the customer, for example, but not limited to (kitchens and curtains) are not returned, but are replaced or replaced with damaged or non-conforming parts and cannot be fully treated according to the report Provided by the Quality Department, which is issued within a maximum of 5 working days from the inspection of the product.

   

  (Refund Policy)

  • The process of refunding the value of the product to the customer begins after the result of the examination of the returned product and its conformity with its original condition. The inspection process may take a maximum of 5 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product by the warehouse administration. Then the customer is notified by e-mail or text message with the result of the examination.
  • Paid amounts are refunded in the same method of payment: cash in the case of cash payment or a transfer to the bank account in the case of payment with a visa
  • In the case of a cash purchase, the amount paid will be refunded within two working days from the issuance of the product inspection report.
  • In the case of purchasing with a visa, the amount paid is refunded within 14 working days from the issuance of the product inspection report, through a bank transfer on the customer’s account.
  • In the event of canceling orders paid by various credit cards, 3% of the total value of the order will be deducted.
