Return: The product may be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, provided that it has not been used at all and is in its original condition in terms of packaging, components or attachments, with the customer bearing the costs of packaging and shipping.
Products may be returned if they do not meet the specifications mentioned in the contract or if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
The product is not entitled to return in case of defects resulting from misuse.
